About Me

Hi, I’m Amy Dupuis.

I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where food was never just food, it was family, tradition, and connection. Growing up, both sides of my family spent time in the kitchen cooking and baking together. Sundays meant big family meals, and holidays were always filled with tables overflowing with dishes, laughter, and stories that lingered long after the plates were cleared.

Those early experiences shaped how I see food today: as something deeply personal, but also universal.

As I’ve grown and traveled, from Louisiana to Florida, Minnesota, and now across the globe in the Netherlands, I’ve had the joy of experiencing different cuisines, cultures, and traditions. Each place has added something new to my understanding of food and the people who make it.

To me, food is a bridge. It crosses cultures, breaks down barriers, and brings people together in a way few things can. My hope is that by sharing my journey and recipes, you’ll feel inspired to try something new, revisit old family traditions, or create new ones of your own.

Thank you for being here and for joining me on this journey, and I’m so glad you’re at my table.
